Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p><ul><li>
5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content development, and/or managing social media channels for brands or publishers</li><li>

We're looking for a passionate Social Media marketing manager to lead and scale our influencer marketing program across Uber and Uber Eats. In this role, you will manage influencer creative and media agencies to deliver world-class influencer campaigns that are culturally relevant, platform-native, measurable, and built to drive both brand impact and business growth for Uber. You will manage creative, influencer, talent, media, and measurement partners to deliver world-class influencer campaigns across paid, organic, earned, and creator-led channels. This role requires deep expertise in creator strategy, influencer identification, talent partnerships, content development, paid amplification, platform trends, and campaign measurement. You will report directly to the Head of Integrated Marketing and will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners across the organization, including Comms, Global Social, Media, Data Science, Performance Marketing and more. </li><li><b>Agency Management: </b>Manage influencer agencies to deliver breakthrough creator-led work. Ensure partners are operating against clear briefs, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance expectations.

Push for a high creative bar while balancing authenticity, platform behavior, brand safety, and business priorities.

<ul><li>5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media marketing, consumer marketing, brand marketing, or related fields at a recognized consumer brand or agency.
