What You&rsquo;ll Do: 


As Assistant Influencer Strategist you will bring cultural insights, thought leadership, and strategic thinking to help lead influencer programming on brands across the agency. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for contributions in all phases of the influencer process for these programs/brands.  Algolia is seeking a talented, experienced Social Media Manager to manage our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating copy, executing video content, managing posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and responding to our audience (in collaboration with our Developer Relations team), managing company image and messaging in a cohesive way.
 
 
 As Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Equally, you will be both comfortable and experienced working in a fast-moving technology company (ideally with knowledge of API technology). You will have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company&rsquo;s views thoughtfully and creatively.
 
 
 Additional responsibilities include overseeing Algolia&rsquo;s presence across key brand and recruitment platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, Comparably, Fairygoodboss, etc.) and ensuring the company is perceived in the best light possible. Additionally, this role will work with the company&rsquo;s employee advocacy platform to ensure employees have access to all social media posts with appropriate messaging.
 
 
 Ultimately, you will oversee and execute our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Red Seat Ventures is seeking a highly organized, creative, and growth-minded Manager, Creator Marketing to support Crime Stories with Nancy Grace and the CrimeOnline Podcast Network slate. This role will be responsible for driving measurable listener and viewer growth through social media marketing, platform partnerships, cross-promotion strategies, and emerging distribution initiatives.
This role will manage day-to-day podcast marketing and social media execution, including posting on behalf of the host and shows, ensuring content is timely, accurate, engaging, and aligned with the voice of Crime Stories with Nancy Grace and the broader CrimeOnline Podcast Network. The Manager, Creator Marketing will help expand audience reach across podcast platforms, YouTube, social channels, FAST channels, VOD, FOX One, and future distribution channels by coordinating cross-promotional opportunities, supporting platform relationships, and identifying new ways to increase discovery and engagement.
This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders across production, editorial, marketing, social, YouTube, design, and external industry partners to translate show priorities, episode narratives, and timely case coverage into audience-facing growth strategies. WHAT YOU WILL NEED<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in creator marketing, podcast marketing, social media marketing, digital content, audience development, distribution marketing, or a related media role</li><li>
Experience managing or posting on behalf of a public figure, host, talent, media brand, or entertainment property</li><li>
Demonstrated experience supporting measurable audience growth across podcast, social, video, streaming, or digital platforms</li><li>
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt copy to a distinct host or brand voice</li><li>
Strong understanding of podcast marketing, social platforms, YouTube optimization best practices, platform-specific formats, posting best practices, and audience behavior</li><li>
