Corcoran Legends Realty Management Company is looking for a versatile, organized, and proactive team member to support day-to-day operations across admin, data, customer service, and marketing. You’ll be the backbone that keeps our clients and internal processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle emails, and organize documents and files.

Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain client and property data in our CRM and spreadsheets.

Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed.

Call Center Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls related to property inquiries, account updates, and follow-ups.

Social Media Marketing: Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and track basic performance metrics across platforms.

Coordination: Liaise between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.

1+ year experience in admin, data entry, customer service, or social media management preferred.

Strong typing speed and accuracy, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
