<p><b>Rivers Family of Companies</b><br/>West Michigan | Part-Time | Seasonal | Flexible Hours | Approximately 12 Week Assignment</p><p>Rivers Family of Companies is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a part-time seasonal basis. This role will support our accounting team with invoice processing and vendor payments across multiple businesses.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organized financial work and is looking for <b>flexible part-time hours</b> in a supportive team environment.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Process vendor invoices and enter them into accounting software</li><li>Ensure invoices are properly coded and approved</li><li>Prepare and process vendor payments</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Maintain organized financial records and documentation</li><li>Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payment questions</li><li>Assist with additional accounting or administrative tasks as needed</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or accounting support required.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial information</li><li>Comfortable working with QuickBooks accounting software and spreadsheets</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul><p>Schedule</p><ul><li>Part-time seasonal position- approximately 12 weeks</li><li>Approximately 10&ndash;20 hours per week</li><li>Flexible weekday schedule</li></ul><p>About Rivers Family of Companies</p><p>Rivers Family of Companies is a group of locally owned businesses serving West Michigan across retail, hospitality, and service industries.
