The first phase of the Gateway Program includes the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP), which includes the construction of a new two-track tunnel under the Hudson River connecting to Penn Station New York as well as the full rehabilitation of the existing 110-year-old North River Tunnel. The Gateway Development Commission (GDC), established through bi-state legislation, is responsible for the financing and development of the Hudson Tunnel Project.</p><p>

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of Marketing and Communications, Business Development strategies, and/or a specific marketing function in Greater New York City. Daily responsibilities include managing the local Marketing and Communications efforts, pitch and proposal strategy, creative strategy, as well as creating, designing, and developing, material as needed. This position will lead the local Marketing team and will collaborate with other local and corporate Marketing teams to execute strategic vision of special projects and pitches / presentations as requested by fee-earners and broader Service Delivery teams. The Marketing Manager is ultimately accountable for providing an exceptional level of marketing support and expertise for the region.<p><b>

Business Development</p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Responsible for leading, providing strategic direction and executing on Business Development projects (both proposals and client presentations) in partnership with fee earners and service line teams</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Lead the strategic direction for the messaging, content, and marketing materials to be developed, following the guidelines of C&amp;W&rsquo;s BD &ldquo;Proposing Solutions&rdquo; approach</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Manage incoming requests from fee-earners or collect information and scope of services pertinent to the request</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Ensure development of agreed upon expectations, timelines and project milestones with project team at project outset, and ensure management of those expectation, timelines and milestones throughout the process</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Work with team to write or oversee proposal and presentation content and review with fee-earners and key responsible affiliates</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

Qualifications:

Executive Support</p><ul><li>
Lead complex calendar and priority management across multiple C Suite executives, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and readiness for all commitments.</li><li>
Act as the primary liaison for internal and external inquiries, exercising exceptional professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment.</li><li>
Prepare, refine, and organize briefing documents, executive summaries, presentations, and strategic materials.</li><li>

Office Operations Management</p><ul><li>

Serve as the on site operational lead, coordinating timely solutions to office, facility, or workspace issues.</li><li>
Oversee logistics for onsite visitors, new hires, and traveling executives, ensuring workspace readiness and a positive guest experience.</li><li>
