2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager!
Samsung is seeking a Retail Field Sales Manager to join the Field Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a brand advocate for Samsung and its product ecosystem. This position is responsible for driving brand awareness through merchandising excellence, conducting product training to build product knowledge, and improving shoppers' purchase journey to drive sell-out results. This role will support multiple retail channels to execute business needs.
Pay: Hourly pay $27.00
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, retail store hours
This position requires daily travel and may include some overnights. Travel to National Conventions within the United States is also a requirement one or more times a year.

Job Description:<ul><li>
Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image of Samsung through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement</li><li>
Scheduling Effectiveness: Develop and maintain a structured schedule to optimize productivity, ensuring timely and efficient store visits across multiple channel locations</li><li>
Store Visit Guidelines: Follow established store visit protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining professionalism during interactions with retail partners</li><li>
Cluster Routing for Travel: Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel, reduce time spent on the road, and enhance coverage of assigned territories</li><li>
Product Expertise: Serve as an expert on all Samsung mobile products and the ecosystem, with the ability to demonstrate key features and benefits to customers effectively</li><li>
Merchandising and Brand Standards: Oversee the merchandising of Samsung displays, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, letter mark guidelines, and visual presentation requirements</li><li>
Training Retail Sales Associates: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for retail sales associates on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem, equipping them with the knowledge to promote and sell products effectively</li><li>
KPI Achievement and Sales Drive: Take responsibility for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving unit sell-out through planning, execution, and continuous improvement</li><li>
Relationship Building with Retail Managers: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers to align sales objectives, provide support, and collaborate on achieving mutual goals</li><li>
Field Execution: Drive the execution of field initiatives through daily store visits, ensuring alignment with multiple channel locations and execution of strategic priorities</li></ul>
Necessary Skills and Attributes:<ul><li>
Demonstrates exceptional self-motivation and the ability to work independently, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations without the need for daily supervision. Proven track record of taking initiative, managing time effectively, and delivering results autonomously</li><li>
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a strong understanding of retail dynamics, consumer behaviors, and handle time-sensitive and confidential business information</li><li>
Ability to adjust and pivot in a dynamic environment and demonstrate mental and business agility
</li><li>Proven success in excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively train and influence retail employees, maintain strong relationships with key partners, and engage customers</li><li>
Project a professional image and demeanor in all interactions, aligning with Samsung&rsquo;s values and representing the brand image
</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>
4+ years&rsquo; experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of directly related experience</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience</li><li>
Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage</li><li>
Daily Travel required, may include travel with overnight stays</li><li>
Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or within a 5-mile radius of the outermost store to ensure efficient travel and timely store visits.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems</li></ul>
