Primary Responsibilities</b></h2>

Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with center operations in order to execute on

organization strategic pillars<br>
<ul><li>Support the development and implementation of best practices for the field team to drive
</li></ul>results. Processes include monthly technician schedules and effective communication

between Facilities and Operations to ensure accountability to corporate initiatives.<br>
<ul><li>Management of third party service providers, to include scheduling of work and
</li></ul>communication of scope and timing of repairs and projects with operational leadership to
<br>
minimize impact to business.<br>
<ul><li>Ensure efficiency and productivity of all Facilities Technicians. Oversee efficiency and
</li></ul>adherence to weekly scheduling, preventative maintenance routines, corrective maintenance
<br>
and execution of Facility's commitment to excellence.<br>
<ul><li>Develop contractor and vendor relationships for corrective and planned facilities services to
</li></ul>maintain a cost competitive environment while adhering to service level expectations.<br>
<ul><li>Acts as a subject matter expert for center operations and Facilities team through proactive
</li></ul>communication with local operations partners, interaction with Licensing Representatives to
<br>
ensure that all facility related regulations are met and ensuring compliance with all CPSC
<br>
playground safety regulations.<br>
<ul><li>Manage maintenance and building related functions associated with operating and closed
</li></ul>school locations. Plans and recommends capital equipment purchases to support and
<br>
improve the portfolio of facilities.<br>
<ul><li>Proactively communicate and provide feedback for continuous improvement of processes and
</li></ul>procedures to drive Facilities to a high performing preventative and responsive repair
<br>
program.<br>
<ul><li>Schedule travel as needed to fulfill all job requirements and provide the necessary in-person
</li></ul>time with Facility Technicians, operations partners and service providers.<br>

<li>Ability to pass motor vehicle background check.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Experience working within a work order management system.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely.</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with school staff.</li>
<li>EPA/HVAC License (Preferred but not required).</li>
<li>Prior experience in a lead or supervisory maintenance role preferred.</li>
<li>3-5 Experience in Facilities preferred or comparable experience leading teams</li></ul></div>
