Position Summary: 
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sourcing Specialist-Capital.
 
 
In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for providing strategic sourcing services on Capital Acquisition to NYU Langone Health based on predefined service levels. Specialist will request, review, and execute contracts from start to finish. Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, including but not limited to Data Management, Purchasing, Clinical Supply Chain, Planning and Operation, and Value Analysis (VA). Job Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

The CASES Court services department services facilitates court mandates or endorsed programming at all points in the criminal legal process. CASES operates alternative to detention (ATD) and alternative to incarceration (ATI) community based programs that are facilitated by the NYS Office of Court Administration (OCA) judiciary. CASES interfaces with multiple stakeholders to support these ATD and ATI program options for thousands of defendants in multiple boroughs. Specifically the arraignment team screens approximately 10,000 defendants per year for ATD and ATI programs, Supervised Release and newSTART. Additionally, the ATI intake assessment team screens 500 amount per year to divert people into 3 (three) CASES community based programs, Reframing Opportunity Alternatives and Resilience (ROAR), Nathaniel Community Success (NCS) and Nathaniel Assertive Community Treatment (NACT). All Court services teams are dedicated to the CASES mission, facilitating release and positive court outcomes.

Qualifications:<div><ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
2&ndash;4 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or compliance role, preferably with exposure to vendor onboarding or data verification.</li><li>
Experience with ERP systems is required (preferably NetSuite), and familiarity with vendor portals is a plus.</li><li>
Strong understanding of W-9/W-8 forms, TIN matching, and vendor compliance requirements.</li><li>

The hourly pay rate range for this role is $35 - $37.50 (annualized to $68,000 - $73,000).
