You will conduct danger assessment and creates safety plans with survivors in high-risk cases.</li><li>
You will communicate with on-call staff including Supervisors, Crisis Hotline/Chat Counselors, SANE nurses, law enforcement, and community partners.</li><li>
You will coordinate shelter placement and emergency transportation of clients as needed with Hotline and Shelter team.</li><li>
You will attend mandatory monthly meetings and training with Manager of Hospital Accompaniment &amp; Crisis Intervention Services, All Department Staff Meetings and/or meet as assigned.</li><li>
You will do mandatory Reporting: report suspected and prior abuse/neglect to either Child Protective services or Adult Protective Service when appropriate.</li><li>

Responsibilities<ul><li>Research and identify potential business partners using Google, LinkedIn, and other tools.</li><li>Visit leads in person and present our Partnering Programs to clinics, wellness-focused businesses, fitness centers, and health professionals.</li><li>Schedule and conduct in-person informational meetings with medical professionals.</li><li>Deliver clear presentations, answer questions, and share educational resources on hemp and CBD.</li><li>Maintain follow-up communication (calls, emails, SMS) during business hours.</li><li>Track leads and outreach efforts; some leads will be provided, but independent scouting is required.</li><li>Attend weekly team meetings and maintain daily communication with the Jammin Canna team.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related outreach.</li><li>Comfort with outbound sales, including cold calls and in-person presentations.</li><li>Strong technology skills: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and email communications.</li><li>Ability to learn quickly about the CBD and medical industry.</li><li>Clean, professional appearance; strong communication skills.</li><li>Reliable transportation; willingness to drive to visit leads in Houston and nearby cities and towns.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized with excellent time management.</li><li>Availability during standard business hours.</li><li>Bonus (nice to have): Background in pharmaceutical sales or the medical field.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Base hourly pay with commission opportunities after training, a trial period, and meeting performance targets.</li><li>Mileage reimbursement available.</li></ul>If you are driven, professional, and passionate about helping customers and patients gain access to safe, reliably sourced, Texas-made, high-quality CBD products, we'd love to hear from you.
