The Account Executive- Advanced Surgical Instruments will:

You have a noticeable passion for results and are ready for a new challenge.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Achieves &amp;/or exceeds targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, &amp; executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing sales</li><li>
Develops &amp; builds professional relationships with key HCPs in assigned geography</li><li>
Drives appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull through within local payers &amp; community HCPs</li><li>
Leverages insights &amp; knowledge of therapeutic, market, &amp; competitor information to effectively manage business &amp; challenges</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
BA/BS degree required</li><li>
1+ years of business to business sales experience</li><li>
Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments</li><li>
Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships, &amp; strong customer dedication</li><li>
Proven track record of success in exceeding results</li><li>
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends</li></ul>
