QUALIFICATIONS

Operate all equipment. 
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS including, but not limited to the following:
Standing
Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking
For short distances for short durations. 
Surfaces include ceramic tile &quot;bricks&quot; with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36&quot; and 48&quot;.
Sitting
Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
Lifting
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. 
Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. 
Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72&quot; high.
Carrying
Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. 
Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. 
Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
Pushing
To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24&quot; - 30&quot; and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. 
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.

Stooping/Bending
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. 
Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. 
Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. 
Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
Reaching
Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. 
Workers reach above 72&quot; occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. 
Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. 
Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
Hand Tasks
Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day. 
Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. 
Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists. 
Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter. 
Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes. 
Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Team Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES
Deliver product by car and then to door of customer. 
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
REQUIRES
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards. 
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.

This position offers a blend of basic and clinical research, focusing on understanding how genetic variants in inherited peripheral neuropathies influence intercellular interactions among myelinating Schwann cells, axons, and macrophages, and how these changes lead to axonal loss and demyelination. This research aims to identify molecular targets that can be translated into clinical applications for biomarker development and therapeutic interventions. POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible and accountable for assisting in on-site operations at an apartment community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Process new applications, re-certifications and provide required information to compliance department.</li>
<li>Show apartments to perspective residents.</li>
<li>Handle lease negotiations and renewals.</li>
<li>Assist property manager in overseeing leasing and maintenance staff.</li>
<li>Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist manager with rent collection, rent ledger, bank deposits and petty cash records, delinquent rents, evictions, maintaining curb appeal, etc.</li>
<li>Assist manager in providing account information to the regional supervisor and credit agency.</li>
<li>Assist manager with resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS &amp; KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
<ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>
<li>1 year of experience</li>
<li>Language Skills - Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence and present information one-on-one or in small groups.</li>
<li>Math Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals. Ability to compare rate, ratio and percentages and interpret basic graphs.</li>
<li>Reasoning Skills - Ability to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions with common sense understanding. Ability to deal with problems that involve few variables in standardized situations.</li>
<li>Computer Skills &ndash; Beginner experience with MS Office.</li>

Job Summary

Principal Accountabilities
 
<ul>
<li>Under the overall supervision of the Practice Manager, direct clinical supervision of the physician and within established policies and procedures, the incumbent performs the following functions:</li>
<li>Delivers appropriate care to patients, at a proficient level; is cross-trained to competently care for patients in a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) setting.</li>
<li>Reviews charts prior to patients’ scheduled appointment to assure that all requested lab work and diagnostic procedures have been completed and that reports have been returned and are accessible to the provider.</li>
<li>Reviews, obtains, and records patient vital signs, temperature, pulse, height, weight and blood pressure and reason for visit and uses the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) appropriately and follows guidelines.</li>
<li>Cross trains to perform patient access tasks, including: take messages and assist providers with return phone calls to patients and pharmacies appropriately.</li>
<li>Direct patients to examination rooms; assists in preparing patients for examination. Notifies provider of patient’s arrival and readiness for their examination.</li>
<li>Assists providers with patient examinations and procedures, including (but not limited to) surgical procedures, GYN exams, diagnostic studies, and treatments.</li>
<li>Operates and monitors functioning of equipment; hands instruments to the provider.</li>
<li>Conducts hearing, vision, breathing and EKG testing; records results in chart.</li>
<li>Administers medications as directed using seven rights. Performs venipuncture, collects urine specimens, and complete lab tests procedures according to policies and procedures. Handles all specimens using Universal Precautions.</li>
<li>Recognizes emergency situations, seeks assistance and intervenes appropriately.</li>
<li>Monitors patient during and following procedures; looks for reactions and other visible complications; reacts to emergency situations; notifies the appropriate person in the event of a medical emergency.</li>
<li>Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.</li>
<li>Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.</li>
