Position Overview:</b></div><div>

Working alongside middle and high school staff, Coordinators will assist students with academic and college knowledge counseling, mentoring, college admissions, financial aid, and scholarship applications. Coordinators will also plan and assist with college awareness activities at the school-level to meet UT GEAR UP GUIDES 2025 project objectives and goals.</p><p></p><p><i>
The UT GEAR UP GUIDES 2025 Site Coordinator will be located regionally in Aldine, TX, and will provide direct support to students, families, and educators in Aldine ISD.</i></p><p></p><p>
The position requires tact, diplomacy, and a strong commitment to service. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to collaborate creatively and effectively with others to solve problems and reach goals. <p>Izakaya Hi is a Japanese Pub-style restaurant that also has extensive Korean selections. We average 150 takeout order per day (~30 for lunch, ~120 for dinner), so we need help packaging all these orders. We have a very large menu, so you'll need to know the menu inside and out to ensure order accuracy.</p><p>Base pay starts at $11 per hour, but you also receive tips from direct customer orders placed on the phone or in person. This will average to $13+ per hour.
