Required:</div><ul><li>
Minimum of 10 years experience in the areas of restructuring &amp; turnaround consulting with distressed clients, corporate finance, business operations, banking crisis management and/or within a specific industry</li><li>
High-level of proficiency with financial modeling and Excel is required: 13-week cash flow forecast, integrated 3-statement financials, financial reporting (monthly operating reports, statements &amp; schedules), operational improvement and overhead analysis, and pitchbook preparation</li><li>
Significant experience with development of pre-bankruptcy plans, and assisting with Chapter 11 bankruptcy case administration tasks including statutory reporting requirements.</li><li>
Ability to lead multiple engagements simultaneously, with strong project and team management</li><li>
Demonstrated business development and superior client management skills</li><li>
BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or equivalent work experience</li><li>
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 80%)</li><li>

The estimated base salary range for this job is $200,000 - $270,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron&rsquo;s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron&rsquo;s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $250,000 - $364,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron&rsquo;s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.</div><div></div><div>

<li>Maintain organized project contract files</li>
<li>Full understanding of AIA G702 and G703</li>
<li>Coordinate subcontractor invoices and payments per contract terms and enter in the system</li>
<li>Review project labor and expense charges with Project Managers for accuracy and appropriateness</li>
<li>Analyze projects; generate job costing reports to provide meaningful input to project teams and office management</li>
<li>Interact with clients and vendors in a professional, courteous manner</li>
<li>Full understanding of Timberline BL, PJ, JC, AP modules</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Review sub-contractors' statements</li>
