We are presently searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our global corporate marketing team. While working under direct supervision, this position is responsible for coordinating activities related to the strategic development of marketing collateral pieces and collaborating with team members on IA&rsquo;s corporate marketing team on external promotional campaigns. 
Specific responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Work with management and project teams to develop proposals and qualifications in response to RFP&rsquo;s and RFQ&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Research prospects and recommend proposal strategies.</li><li>
Prepare materials for client presentations and interviews.</li><li>
Develop and maintain marketing resource materials for various assigned studios.</li><li>
Ensure that studio marketing materials are consistent with firmwide branding efforts.</li><li>
Facilitate public relations activities for various office studios, including media pitches and coordinating awards submissions.</li><li>
Collaborate with team members across the marketing team on corporate marketing projects and campaigns.</li><li>
Coordinate photoshoots for various assigned studios.</li><li>
Develop case study narratives for projects and create marketing and communications plans for promotion.</li><li>
Coordinate work of vendors and consultants.</li></ul> 
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
BA in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
3-5 years of experience in a marketing role in interior design, construction, engineering, architecture, or related industry.</li></ul> 
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES<ul><li>
Industry Knowledge
<ul><li>Familiar with the commercial interior architecture and/or design industry.</li></ul></li><li>
Technical Knowledge<ul><li>
Familiar with methods of print and electronic production and materials delivery.</li></ul></li><li>
Design Knowledge<ul><li>
Strong eye for graphic design and understanding of layout.</li></ul></li><li>
Systems Knowledge
 <ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign. Must have solid understanding of style settings, master pages, tools and use of shortcuts.</li><li>
Proficiency in other Creative Cloud programs is a plus.</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office application skills, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.</li><li>
Intermediate knowledge of social media applications.</li><li>
