Partner with HR leadership to evaluate and implement HR technology and vendor solutions that enhance service delivery.</li></ul><div><b>
Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Projects</b></div><ul><li>
Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives involving HR, Operations, Sales, and Finance.</li><li>
Manage HR-related projects from concept to completion, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.</li><li>

Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.</li><li>
Certification: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR strongly preferred at time of hire - must complete certification within 6 months of hire</li><li>
Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Practitioner experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing HR operations and teams in multiple states.

Demonstrated experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, or multi-site operations strongly preferred.</li><li>
Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, employee relations, and HR systems.</li><li>

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities as a leader and drive results in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong leadership competency, with a customer service focus, sense of urgency, and excellent follow through;</li><li>
