 <div>Working independently and collaborating with faculty, staff and stakeholders, the Alumni Relations &amp; Development Coordinator supports the college&rsquo;s fundraising and alumni relations efforts and coordinates administrative functions within the Advancement Office. In addition, the Alumni Relations &amp; Development Coordinator also provides essential logistical support for events, donor relations, stewardship communications and departmental initiatives that advance the college&rsquo;s mission.

</h4>Office Management:
<ul><li>Serve as the primary departmental contact for students, faculty, staff, alumni and other internal and external stakeholders, directing inquiries and providing information on Advancement services and programs.

<ul><li>Support logistics and planning for Advancement events, including Homecoming &amp; Family Weekend, donor receptions, alumni gatherings and special campus events, working closely with vendors and internal departments.
</li><li>Research, identify, secure and coordinate venues, catering needs, rentals and vendors for on- and off-campus events.
</li><li>Coordinate and execute event promotion, invitations and follow-up communications.
</li><li>Manage and maintain event RSVPs in a timely and accurate manner.
</li></ul>Engagement and Stewardship:
<ul><li>Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with alumni and donors by coordinating correspondence, preparing engagement materials and supporting fundraising campaigns.
</li><li>Coordinate the student thank you program for scholarships and internship funding, ensuring that recipients express appreciation to donors and tracking correspondence.
</li></ul>Volunteer Management:
<ul><li>Work with class correspondents to collect and organize class notes for the Colby-Sawyer magazine, ensuring timely submissions and accuracy in published updates.
</li><li>Recruit volunteers from young alumni classes to serve on class reunion committees and collaborate with these committees to plan, promote and execute successful reunion events.
</li></ul>Communications and Digital Engagement:
<ul><li>Build, schedule and send mass email and/or text messages to key constituents, ensuring consistent and engaging communication that aligns with the college&rsquo;s branding and messaging guidelines.
</li><li>Maintain and update Advancement web pages to provide accurate, timely information and enhance the experience for online visitors.
</li></ul>Department Administrative Support
<ul><li>Monitor the Advancement Department budget, track expenses, process invoices and periodically review year-end projections with Director of Annual Giving &amp; Operations.
</li><li>Monitor use of department-wide calendar, adding college events to shared calendar and scheduling staff meetings.
</li><li>Learn the gift entry process, enter gifts on a regular basis and act as team back-up for gift entry when Manager of Advancement Services is absent from campus.
</li><li>With others, monitor shared department email inboxes, distribute messages to others or respond directly.
</li><li>Collaborate with others to carry out special projects or pursue opportunities for improvements in the department&rsquo;s work.
</li><li>Track inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed.
</li><li>Deliver and retrieve mail from college post office.
</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information/materials.</li></ul></div>

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. Breaking Ground's programs and services help people experiencing street homelessness - especially those who have been on the streets the longest - to come indoors. Through our Street to Home outreach program and transitional housing resources, we help people get, and stay, on the path to a permanent home.
 
Reporting to the Assistant Program Director, Transitional Housing the Clinical Coordinator, Transitional Housing supervises Case Managers and ensures the utilization of Harm Reduction and Housing First strategies and other best-practice clinical interventions to ensure the highest quality care for clients. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for client records are kept in compliance with regulatory and agency standards.
 The Clinical Coordinator works primarily during business hours Monday-Friday, with off hours availability in case of emergency or for special projects/initiatives.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Supervise a team of Case Managers</li>
<li>Provide regular, structured supervision meetings for direct reports</li>
<li>Promote effective strategies for case management following Housing First, Harm Reduction, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed care models of practice</li>
<li>Development and implement individual service plans; ensure documentation of client contact and progress is comprehensive and timely</li>
<li>Interview and assess potential clients</li>
<li>Provide clinical direction and leadership to the program, help troubleshoot, problem solve, and strategize solutions around client engagement and challenging behaviors</li>
<li>Promote a staff and resident culture that emphasizes housing placement as a measurement of success; ensure that clients are ready for housing placement</li>
<li>Oversee development and implementation of individual service plans; ensure documentation of client contact and progress is comprehensive and timely</li>
<li>Assess and evaluate client functioning</li>
<li>Supervise and conduct case conferences</li>
<li>Coordinate delivery of care with multiple service providers, particularly outreach teams.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with outreach teams to ensure individuals succeed in transitional housing and avoid return to homelessness.</li>
<li>Provide support and guidance to front line staff in managing difficult situations and successfully de-escalating conflict</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) required</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience with related populations; previous supervisory and administrative experience preferred</li>
<li>Thorough clinical understanding of relevant service delivery concepts and structures including Housing First, client centered motivational interviewing, Harm Reduction models, behavioral and medical health systems, and the ability to access and negotiate the full range of services for recipients</li>
<li>Experience with crisis intervention, including, risk assessments and incident management</li>
<li>Ability to work successfully with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities</li>
<li>Ability to delegate and motivate staff to achieve deliverables</li>
<li>Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with diverse populations and stakeholders</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams; familiarity with Access-based databases and the ability to learn new programs are required</li>

About the Role/Team:</h2>
As a Technical PMM, you will help developers, software engineers, and machine learning scientists understand how Pinecone enables knowledgeable AI applications. You will accomplish this through messaging and positioning, GTM strategy, launch planning, and enablement for key product features. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Developer Relations, and Marketing teams to ensure our customers understand the value of our platform.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>
Product Launches &amp; GTM Strategy:<ul><li>
Develop launch plans for product releases, align with product teams, and manage GTM execution.</li><li>
Lead core launch teams with cross-functional members (documentation , communications, developer relations, product, growth marketing, etc).</li><li>
Measure customer impact and adoption post-launch, iterating on strategies as needed.</li></ul></li><li>
Positioning &amp; Messaging:<ul><li>
Craft compelling, technically accurate messaging for AI-powered search and retrieval solutions.</li><li>
Build product narratives for enterprise and developer audiences that differentiate Pinecone from competitors.</li><li>
Develop and maintain positioning for new product capabilities</li></ul></li><li>
Customer &amp; Market Insights:<ul><li>
Partner with customers to develop case studies, gathering business impact metrics and architectural insights.</li><li>
Engage in customer interviews and research to refine messaging and identify key value drivers.</li></ul></li><li>
Content Development &amp; Enablement:<ul><li>
Develop internal and external enablement materials, including sales training, pitch decks, and GTM enablement sessions.</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing to create social posts, blogs, and technical content.</li></ul></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements:</h2><ul><li>
5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a developer-focused or AI/ML infrastructure company.</li><li>
Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in AI, ML, vector search, cloud computing, or databases.</li><li>
Proven track record in launching technical products and driving adoption in enterprise and developer communities.</li><li>
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for different audiences.</li><li>
AI-native workflow from content creation to automating away process</li><li>
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Sales teams.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Bonus points:</h2><ul><li>
Experience in developer marketing or working directly with AI/ML practitioners.</li><li>
Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or search technologies.</li><li>
