JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Desktop Support Technician I is to support daily technical operations at HOPE Clinic. This position will be responsible for supporting desktop hardware, updating system hardware and software, troubleshooting system errors, and assisting team members in supporting all data security and optimization.

Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program.</li><li>

Verifies patients' eligibility and insurance coverage, obtains pre-authorizations for treatments or service and handles any denial letters.</li><li>
Perform applicable medical procedures collect and prepare Laboratory specimen, administer injection/immunizations and perform venipuncture.</li></ul>
