 The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships and all sales and market development activities as they relate to a particular group of customers. This effort includes formulating and implementing a sales and marketing plan to identify customers, product categories, and products that fit the brands vision.  Collaborates and partners with Senior Management, Product Managers and China Merchandisers in their efforts to manage all customer-specific development and to maintain a high level of customer service. When necessary, the Account Executive is responsible to collaborate with the Product Managers and China Merchandisers to resolve customer-specific pre-production and production issues, based on compliance and quality control.

 Sets the parameters for all customer-specific pricing, and approves all pricing quoted by the Product Manager and/or China Merchandiser to the customer based on adhering to the sales and marketing plans in place.

We&rsquo;re seeking a new member of the development team to focus specifically on raising awareness and carrying out a sustainable giving program in the Kearsarge-Sunapee region. Development experience is a plus but is not required. A major responsibility of this role is implementing monthly events called Discovery Hours. Discovery Hours are in-person tours of our clubs, focused on personal impact stories, which have a goal of increasing awareness and creating new relationships.  Summary
 
 
 
 We're looking for an Account Executive to accelerate Spark's growth trajectory by leading our go to market efforts in new markets where Spark has limited to no presence.
 
 
 Working with sales &amp; marketing teams, you will lead the go-to-market strategy in your market with a focus on recruiting new-to-Spark Medicare agencies. You'll own business development and be responsible for driving the top of our sales funnel by getting in front of prospective Medicare agencies via in-person &amp; virtual outreach. From there, you'll drive the end-to-end sales process and be responsible for product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and, ultimately, closing the deal.
 
 
 Moreover, you'll need to collaborate with Spark's Marketing team to amplify Spark's brand awareness in your market as well as Spark's Agent Success team to effectively onboard and service contracted agencies.

JOB SUMMARY
