 Provide prompt and courteous response to calls coming to Daikin North America&rsquo;s Remote Monitoring Control Center (DCC). In response to system notifications, troubleshoot operation data from Remote monitoring and provide technical report to customer-within 2 hours of error malfunction and within 8 hours of prediction malfunction

 Create and review operation reports for Remote monitoring sites. Coordinate with internal Tech Service resource and/or with oversea partner to create and distribute periodic reports to the customers within 7 working days of the end of reporting term

 What We Require

 High school Diploma or GED
 </li>

 3 + years working in a corporate office either as a Facilities Maintenance or Handyman
 </li>

 Must have experience supporting facilities duties in a corporate office and not residential
 </li>
 <li>
 Requires experience managing vendors; speaking with vendors, have knowledge of vendors in the area, and working very closely with vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment repair, and maintenance. (Example, fix basic faucet leak, door etc. Able to be hands on and can-do basic office repairs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: Experience with ticketing systems and work orders or able to learn how to complete ticket work orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Some knowledge of building management system &ndash; thermostat ( know how to adjust and basic troubleshoot)
 </li>

 Requires basic computer skills &ndash; able to use MS Work etc and comfortable using the computer

 Must have excellent communication skills: people person and enjoys communication with others and having a good working relationship with vendors.
